Next, we’ll schedule a longer, more in-depth conversation so I can collect all the details I need to customize your journey. I’ll then put together and share your trip proposal, collect and incorporate your feedback, and finalize your itinerary.

book
I’ll then work with my travel partners to book everything for you. This includes major travel components like your accommodations, private transfers, and tours/experiences—plus the “little” details like special dinner reservations and museum tickets. I’m as hands on or off as you need me to be!

Leading up to your departure, I’ll check in with travel tips and destination insights so you feel fully prepared for your adventure. Plus, you’ll get access to me via WhatsApp, along with my in-destination travel partners, if you need any assistance while you travel.
Q: What is your Design Fee?
I ask for a Design Fee before I begin crafting your vacation—this fee covers my time researching your options, putting together your custom itinerary, booking your travel, and providing support all along the way. The fee varies depending on the length and complexity of your trip; that’s why I share it with you after your complimentary consultation call!

Because I have access to vetted travel partners around the world, I can plan vacations almost anywhere! Q: Do you only plan family vacations?
Nope! I do tend to work with busy moms who feel constantly pulled in a million directions—sometimes they pass off the family trip planning to me, but they’re also often seeking a different kind of escape: solo journeys, girlfriend getaways, group experiences, or just-for-two trips with their partner.
